Our platform allows you to automate email, text, and direct mail campaigns using your lead filters and preferences. Campaigns can be triggered when a lead hits your CRM or scheduled as follow-up sequences.
You can connect your Twilio, Gmail, IMAP, and Canva accounts to send and manage outreach directly from the platform — no switching tabs, no spreadsheets, and no complicated integrations.
Is Leadzier just for real estate investors?
No — we’re built for both investors and service pros. If you’re flipping houses, wholesaling, or managing rental acquisitions, we have the leads, calculators, and AI tools to support you.
If you're a contractor, landscaper, pool cleaner, or local home service provider, we’ll show you every new homeowner in your territory and help you connect before they Google your competitors.
What integrations are available?
We currently integrate with Gmail, Twilio, Mailchimp, Canva, Salesforce, Flowlu, HubSpot, Notarize, and Google Drive, with more on the way. These tools sync your email, texts, files, CRM data, and campaign workflows so your entire lead funnel runs in one place.
You can also export any lead list to CSV or PDF, or use our Spreadsheet Viewer to work with Google Sheets inside the platform.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Leadzier?
No. Leadzier is designed to be simple. You don’t need to know code, be a CRM expert, or connect 12 different platforms to get value. Our dashboard is visual, preconfigured for most users, and intuitive to navigate.
Automations, campaigns, and CRM flows can be set up in minutes — or you can turn on recommended defaults and go to work.
How often is lead data updated?
Every day. Our lead engine scans property records, ownership changes, new listings, and foreclosure notices to keep your data fresh. You’ll always know when a lead was last updated — and you can set alerts to be notified in real time.
Can I use my own CRM or call center?
Yes. You can sync your data into Salesforce, HubSpot, Flowlu, and others. We also allow you to export leads for offline campaigns or upload them to your own system.
We don’t lock you in — we just give you a faster way to fill your pipeline.

Each plan offers a different level of access:
- Free Plan: Public leads, basic CRM, and up to 100 saved leads per month.
- Service Pro: Access to new homeowner leads, full automation, campaign tools, and CRM features.
- Investor: Nationwide leads, AI deal tools, bulk actions, and all CRM and dispo features.
- Investor Pro: Multi-user team access, multiple territories, and onboarding support.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a free 7-day trial — no credit card required.
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Can I target specific areas or ZIP codes?
Yes. Leadzier lets you filter leads by ZIP code, city, county, or state. You can also layer filters like property type, owner status, equity range, and more to target your ideal customer profile in any market across the U.S.
What’s the difference between Hot, Warm, and Cold leads?
“Hot” leads are seller-submitted or flagged with recent activity like pre-foreclosure or probate. “Warm” leads meet behavioral or data criteria like absentee ownership or equity. “Cold” leads are static property lists with minimal insights — and we don’t sell those.
Can I customize my postcards or emails?
Absolutely. Use our Canva integration to design postcards and letters, or customize your emails with HTML templates, custom text, merge tags (like {first_name}), and branded signatures. It’s all built into your outreach dashboard.
Does Leadzier provide phone numbers or emails for leads?
We provide available public contact info such as mailing addresses, and in some cases, phone numbers. However, due to compliance and data regulations, contact info varies by region and data source. You can append or verify contacts with tools like Twilio, Skip Genie, or batch processing services.
Can I share my account with my team?
The Investor Pro plan supports multiple users, so you can give your team their own login with role-based access. This is ideal for organizations with acquisitions, dispo, and outreach reps who need different views of the same lead pipeline.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. We offer discounts for annual billing, and you can upgrade or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Payment is handled securely via Stripe, and we don’t store your credit card info.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You’ll retain access until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to our Free plan, and premium features (like AI tools and warm lead access) will be paused. You can reactivate your account at any time.
How can I get help or training?

Do I need a separate CRM if I use Leadzier?
No. Leadzier comes with a built-in CRM designed for investors and service pros. You can track lead status, schedule follow-ups, assign tags, write notes, and launch outreach campaigns without leaving the platform. But if you love your current CRM, we also support two-way syncing with HubSpot, Flowlu, and Salesforce.
Can I use Leadzier for driving for dollars?
Yes. Our Property Lookup Tool lets you manually input any address you see in the field. The system instantly adds it to your CRM, pulls in all available data, and triggers outreach automations just like your other leads — so even a single address gets follow-up love.
Is Leadzier compliant with real estate laws and marketing regulations?
Leadzier is built with compliance in mind. We provide the tools — it’s up to you to use them responsibly. Users are expected to comply with federal and state marketing regulations, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, Do Not Call lists, and local laws regarding solicitation. Always get legal advice for your region.
How accurate is the data?
We partner with trusted data providers and tap into property records, assessor data, and MLS feeds (where available). Leads are updated daily, and you’ll always see when a record was last verified. While no system is perfect, we offer higher accuracy and more frequent updates than most list providers or PPC services.
Can I track campaign performance?
Yes. Our dashboard shows how many texts, emails, and postcards you've sent — per lead and across your entire account. You’ll also see engagement stats, delivery reports, and ROI tracking based on deal activity and spend. It's like having your marketing and deal KPIs in one place.
How does the AI Deal Analyzer work?
We pull comps, market trends, and loan data to give you an estimated value and a suggested offer range. The tool considers investor margins and wholesale strategies, so you know where to start the conversation. It's like a virtual acquisitions assistant that works 24/7.
What happens if a lead replies to my text or email?
You’ll be notified instantly inside the built-in Messenger. From there, you can reply, tag the lead, schedule a callback, or assign it to a team member. If you're using Gmail or IMAP, replies also sync to your native inbox. Conversations stay organized no matter how you reach out.
Can I use Leadzier for cold calling?
Absolutely. Export your filtered leads to CSV, hand them off to your team, or use the upcoming AI Cold Caller feature (coming soon) to automate top-of-funnel outreach. We’ll even rank your leads based on market activity and engagement so you know who to call first.
Does Leadzier work for commercial real estate?
While our data currently focuses on residential properties (SFR, duplexes, triplexes, quads), we’re expanding into commercial and multi-family support. For now, you can still filter by property type, zoning, and lot size for light commercial targeting.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. For now, Leadzier is fully responsive and optimized for mobile use in your browser. You can look up properties, view leads, and even send messages on the go.
