By accessing or using Leadzier’s website, application, or services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Leadzier. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement and are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law.
2. Services Provided
Leadzier provides:
- Access to off-market and public property lead databases
- Automated outreach via third-party services (e.g., Twilio, Mailchimp, Canva)
- AI-powered deal analysis and property insights
- CRM tools to manage leads and communications
- Integration with third-party software including Gmail, Google Drive, and Salesforce
- Tools for building buyer lists and running campaigns
We may update or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
3. User Responsibilities
By using Leadzier, you agree to:
- Use all data and tools in accordance with applicable laws, including privacy and telemarketing regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM).
- Not use the platform to send unsolicited communications without proper consent.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Ensure the accuracy of all information submitted through your account.
You are responsible for any content you upload, send, or generate through the platform.
4. Use of Property Data
The property data offered through Leadzier is compiled from public and proprietary sources. Lead data is updated daily and is intended for informational and marketing purposes only. Accuracy is not guaranteed.
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute Leadzier’s data or platform structure.
- Share or resell leads without express permission.

5. Account & Subscriptions
To access Leadzier’s services, you must create an account and select a subscription plan. Subscription tiers may vary in pricing, data access, automation capabilities, and user permissions.
Billing is monthly or annually, as selected. All sales are final unless stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time from within your account.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Integrations with Third Parties
Leadzier integrates with third-party platforms including (but not limited to):
- Twilio
- Gmail / IMAP
- Google Drive
- Canva
- HubSpot
- Flowlu
- Salesforce
By connecting these accounts, you agree to abide by the third-party platforms’ respective terms and policies. Leadzier is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or misuse caused by third-party providers.
7. AI and Automation Tools
Leadzier may provide AI-generated content, pricing suggestions, or analysis features. These tools are for informational use only and are not intended as financial or legal advice.
We do not guarantee the performance or outcome of AI-driven insights.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, text, code, and content on Leadzier is the property of Leadzier Inc., and protected under intellectual property law.
You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without explicit written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Leadzier is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy or completeness of lead data
- That outreach or campaigns will result in responses or revenue
- That the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
Use at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadzier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Leadzier in the past 12 months.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that harm Leadzier, its users, or its reputation.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page and become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action shall be brought in Sheridan County, Wy.
